SMS Program Terms — Tablevoice Guest Messaging

Last Updated: August 27, 2026

Tablevoice provides phone-answering and guest-messaging software to restaurants. When you call a participating restaurant (for example, Ellie's Providence), the restaurant's virtual host may offer to send you text messages about your reservation. These terms govern that messaging program.

Program description

Participating restaurants send transactional, customer-care text messages about your own reservation: booking confirmations, reservation changes and cancellations, waitlist updates, and responses to requests you make during your call. Messages are sent by the restaurant you called, using Tablevoice as its messaging service provider. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent

You will only receive messages if you expressly agree during your call. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of making a reservation.

Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, email support@tablevoice.com, or contact the restaurant directly.

Privacy

Your phone number and consent records are used only to operate this program. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our full privacy policy: https://www.tablevoice.com/policies/privacy-policy
