You're always in control. You can decide which types of calls Foodie handles and when it should pick up (for example, only after a few rings or only during certain hours). The rest can still go to your team. You can tweak this anytime as you see what works.

Yes. Tablevoice runs 24/7, so guests can reach you anytime—during service, between services, and outside business hours—without needing a staff member on the phone.
How many calls can Tablevoice handle at once?
